This page explains what information SURGEORA collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

  • Public profile, post, reel, video, or page links you send for an order.
  • Order details such as platform, service, amount, delivery choice, price, and payment preference.
  • Contact details you choose to send, such as email address, Telegram username, or message content.
  • Basic technical logs from hosting and browser requests, such as IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, and error logs.

How We Use It

  • To check whether the public link, service, amount, and delivery choice are correct.
  • To reply with payment details, invoices, order updates, support, or refund/delivery help.
  • To protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the order experience.

Third-Party Services

  • Our hosting and backend infrastructure provider processes standard request data such as IP addresses, timestamps, and error logs as part of normal operations.
  • PayPal or crypto/payment providers process payment data under their own privacy terms.
  • Email and Telegram messages are handled by those respective services once you send them.
  • The order form's live preview fetches basic public metadata (title, thumbnail) from the link you paste. Only publicly accessible data is read. Do not paste private or sensitive links.
  • If optional analytics is configured, Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept in the analytics preference banner. It may process page paths, interactions, browser/device information, and approximate location under Google's terms. Selecting Decline prevents the analytics script from loading.

What We Do Not Ask For

  • We do not ask for your social media password.
  • We do not ask for login codes, recovery codes, or private account access.
  • We do not need access to private messages or private account data.

Retention And Requests

  • Order and message details may be kept as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal requirements.
  • You can contact us at hello@surgeora.com to ask what information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion.
  • Some records may need to be kept for payment verification, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution. We will inform you if a deletion request cannot be fulfilled in full and explain why.
