These terms cover how SURGEORA operates and what you agree to when placing an order. By submitting a request, you accept these terms.
What We Do
SURGEORA provides Instagram and TikTok engagement services — followers, likes, views, comments, saves, and shares — to customers across Europe and worldwide. Minimum order is €4.99. Every order is manually reviewed by our team before processing begins.
No Password Required
We never ask for your password, login details, recovery codes, or any form of account access. All we need is a valid public link to your profile or post. If anyone claims to represent SURGEORA and asks for your credentials, do not respond.
Public Links
Your profile, post, reel, or video must be public at the time of order and remain public throughout delivery. If the link is wrong, private, deleted, or changed after the order is confirmed, we are not responsible for delivery failure.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via Telegram or Email. Payment details are only sent after we have reviewed and confirmed your order. We accept PayPal and crypto. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. If an order is refused after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued via the same payment method.
No Cancellations After Processing
Once an order is confirmed and sent to processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Review your link and quantity carefully before confirming. Any changes must be requested before we confirm the order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at order time are estimates, not guarantees. Platform behaviour, service availability, and order size can all affect timing. Controlled Delivery spreads larger orders over several days by design.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct link, selecting the correct service, and keeping your account and content compliant with the platform's rules. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You must only order services for accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Any misuse of SURGEORA services is entirely your responsibility.
No Platform Affiliation
SURGEORA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or ByteDance in any way. Use of our services is at your own discretion.
Platform Enforcement
We are not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform against your account — including bans, restrictions, or content removal. Growth services are used at your own risk.
Governing Law
By placing an order with SURGEORA, you agree to these terms. Any disputes should first be raised directly with us at hello@surgeora.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues through direct communication before any further action is taken.
